You can download it here.
This article will show you how to use Golly to simulate starrysky.

Open Golly.Golly uses Life as a default.
If you want to change the rule(for example,change the rule to 04567/28/5):
1. Select the Control->Set Rule...;
2. Enter a new rule(in this example,04567/28/5);
3. Press OK.
Then,Golly will change the rule.
